Return policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, simply go to our contact page and tell us the exact problem so we can initiate the return/refund process.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

If you receive damaged products, please contact us and send us a video as soon as possible. This will enable us to resolve the problem for you.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
